Good morning! As I write this I am creating my goals for first quarter 2020
Goal #1 ~ I AM going to lose at least 15-20 more pounds. To do this I have to commit to meal prepping and clean eating. I have the exercise down to an art (even with an injured elbow, which I am working very hard on rehabbing).
Goal #2 ~ Meal prep. While I already do this from time to time, I would like to incorporate this into my weekend routine. It will make my life easier, and if I can get good at this before baseball season starts it would help tremendously.
Two goals are about all I can handle at this point with being a single parent for 3/4 of the first quarter. It seems with my husbands new job, he will be traveling quite a bit in January and February.
To achieve my first goal I will be continuing my current workouts, which are:
Monday’s ~ 4:30am Trainer then 3-4miles on treadmill
Tuesday’s ~ 5:00am FIT Class (Fitness interval training which includes weights and cardio)
Wednesday’s ~ 4:30am Long run 4-6miles
Thursday’s ~ 5:00am FIT Class (Fitness interval training which includes weights and cardio)
Friday’s ~ 4:30am Trainer then 3-4miles on treadmill
Saturday’s ~ Long run 4-6miles
Sunday’s ~ Sometimes rest day and sometimes run day
This weeks food plan includes:
Chicken Caesar Wraps
Grilled Turkey burgers with sweet potato fries
Chicken pesto pasta
Chickpea and chicken salad
